Job description

As a certified technician at Kenneth's Car Care, you will be responsible for performing a wide variety of automotive repairs and diagnostics on customer vehicles. Your expertise will ensure that we meet our customers' needs by addressing a broad spectrum of repair concerns. This is a dynamic role requiring in-depth knowledge of automotive systems and the ability to troubleshoot and repair issues quickly and effectively.

  • ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certification or equivalent required.
  • Proven experience as an A-Tech or in a similar automotive repair role.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive systems, repair procedures, and diagnostics.
  • Ability to work on a wide variety of makes and models.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to providing the best possible service

Requirements

  • Perform diagnostics and repairs on all types of vehicles, including cars, trucks, and SUVs.
  • Handle all aspects of automotive repairs, from engine work and transmission repairs to electrical systems and collision repair.
  • Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and body-related issues.
  • Work efficiently and accurately while adhering to company and industry standards.
  • Keep detailed records of all repairs and services performed.
  • Ensure quality control of all completed work and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with the latest automotive repair techniques and technologies.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs and answering customer questions when necessary.
