At Collegiate Elites, we connect top-tier athletes with clients seeking personalized, high-impact sports training. We are currently hiring Sports Consultants and Coaches who have competed at the collegiate level and are passionate about mentoring the next generation of athletes.

As a Collegiate Elites Coach, you'll deliver skill development, mentorship, and performance training to youth and adult athletes in your community. This role is flexible—ideal for current or former athletes balancing other work, school, or professional training commitments.

What You'll Do

As a coach and sports consultant, you’ll be responsible for:

• Scheduling & Communication: Coordinate directly with clients and Collegiate Elites staff to confirm availability, training sessions, and goals.

• Training & Mentorship: Design and lead individualized or group training sessions that focus on sport-specific skills, conditioning, and athlete development.

• Progress Tracking: Evaluate clients’ abilities, provide constructive feedback, and adjust training plans based on performance over time.

• Client Engagement: Deliver a professional, consultative experience to clients—serving as both a coach and mentor.

• Logistics: Travel to training locations and bring necessary equipment to execute effective sessions.

Qualifications

We’re looking for coaches who bring experience, leadership, and a passion for development:

• Preferred: Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university

• Required: Collegiate athletic experience at the DI, DII, or top-tier DIII level

• Deep knowledge and technical expertise in your sport

• Previous coaching, team leadership, or mentorship experience

• Strong communication skills and ability to provide actionable feedback

• Comfortable managing your own schedule and working independently

• Committed to delivering a high-quality, client-centered experience

• Willingness to help promote your availability and grow your client base
