College Intern – Sales / Business & Technology Operations

Overview

This internship provides university students with practical exposure to a global technology and business environment. The intern will support business operations, sales, customer engagement, partner programs, customer retention and renewals support, reporting, analytics, and technology-related projects while working closely with experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support business, sales, customer, or partner-related activities and follow-up actions.
  • Assist with customer retention, renewal tracking, account follow-ups, and customer success activities where applicable.
  • Maintain reports, trackers, dashboards, documentation, and presentation materials.
  • Conduct research on products, technologies, market trends, customer needs, business processes, and improvement opportunities.
  • Assist with customer, partner, or internal meetings, including preparing summaries, action items, and follow-up requirements.
  • Support data analysis, process improvements, automation initiatives, and project activities as assigned.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders while ensuring compliance with company policies and professional standards.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Finance, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related disciplines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated interest in sales, customer success, business development, CRM, data insights, or account management is preferred.
  • Customer-focused mindset with eagerness to learn, collaborate, and contribute in a professional environment.
