Our client is a long-established national company searching for a Collections Representative in Mount Laurel, NJ.
Typical responsibilities include:

▪ Perform outbound calls to customers and clients as a major day-to-day duty
▪ Conduct calls to facilitate successful B2B collections
▪ Communicate with clients as needed to commit to a great client experience
▪ Completes documentation accurately and completely
▪ Other related duties as assigned.
