What are you accountable for?

Investigating and resolving reconciling items by working with ISD, S&S, Banks and other stakeholders to resolve collection and system issues.

• Daily/Monthly Reconciliation: Performing daily reconciliation between customers collection records and bank-in collections and escalate any non-receipt of bank-in immediately.
• Investigation & closure of reconciling items:  Investigating and resolving reconciling items by working with ISD, S&S, Banks and other stakeholders to resolve collection and system issues.   ]All reconciling items are to be investigated and resolved within given SLA time frame.
• Automating Processes: Developing solutions to automate business processes.
• Monitoring & Control: Monitoring and analysing collections trends

What do you need to have for this role?

• Bachelor's Degree (or higher) d in: Accounting / IT / Computer Science    
• 1-2 years' experience in Machine Learning, Accounting or related field
• Understanding of data structures, data modeling and software architecture
• Deep knowledge of math, probability, statistics and algorithms
• Ability to write robust code in SQL, Python, Java and R
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a team.
