Collection MIS Analyst

This person is responsible for overseeing the management information systems to support collections operations. This role includes maintaining performance dashboards, analyzing collection data, setting monthly targets, calculating incentives, and troubleshooting collection tools.

About the job

1. Develop and maintain MIS framework for Collection function
2. Ensure all the reporting and dashboard are timely updated with 100% accuracy
3. Analyze historical data to set monthly collection targets for teams and individuals
4. Calculate and review monthly incentives to ensure accuracy and fairness
5. Support operation team with day-to-day tools
6. Working in collaboration with collection strategy, operations, and risk management teams to align MIS outputs with business needs

About you

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in MIS or analytics roles within financial services, preferably in collections(Capacity Planning, Target Calculation)
2. Familiarity with collection management systems platforms
3. Strong analytical and communication abilities
4. Attention to detail and high accountability
5. Ability to contribute consistently and positively in a fast-paced environment
