The Collections Analyst plays a key role in ensuring timely and accurate collection of outstanding receivables across the organization. This position is responsible for monitoring customer accounts, following up on overdue balances, resolving payment-related issues. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and customer-focused, with the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

What will you do:

  • Monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices and reduce aged receivables.

  • Investigate and resolve payment disputes by collaborating with customers

  • Analyze accounts receivable aging reports to identify collection risks, prioritize collection efforts, and recommend appropriate actions.

  • Maintain accurate records in compliance with company policies, internal controls, and audit requirements.

  • Prepare and present collection performance reports, including key metrics, overdue balances

What will you bring:

  • Required Degree: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or related

  • Years of Experience: ​2-4 years in Collections

  • Advanced English
