Job description

Quant Greece is a Fitch-rated, independent domestic NPL servicer managing c.€10bn across all asset classes, offering coherent E2E debt management solutions to financial constituents and institutional investors in Greece.

Are you ready to make an impact in the finance industry? As a Collection Agent you will play a vital role in mitigating risks by actively pursuing overdue payments, and thereby reducing the company's exposure to bad debt.

A day in the life of a Collection Agent will include: 

  • High-quality inbound/outbound communication with bank debtors;
  • Identification of customer’s needs and payment ability;
  • Agreement on a repayment plan of customer's debt, in accordance with the corresponding policy;
  • Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

Requirements

To be considered, you should have:

  • Proven professional experience in a similar position in the banking sector or in Financial Servicer;
  • Familiarity working with a dialer system;
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills;
  • Results orientation, accountability and self-drive to deliver a consistently strong performance;
  • Comfortable working in a challenging environment and on deadlines;
  • Good command of English;
  • Efficient computer skills and the ability to multitask.
