GLOBAL PACIFIC SUPPORT is looking for Cold Outreach Experts to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing effective outreach strategies to connect with potential clients and generate leads. Your primary aim will be to initiate conversations, introduce our services, and set up meetings for further engagement with prospective clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement cold outreach strategies to engage potential clients through various channels such as email, phone, and social media.
• Conduct market research to identify and qualify leads that fit potential client profiles.
• Craft compelling outreach messages tailored to the target audience to improve response rates.
• Track and analyze outreach efforts to measure effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to strategies.
• Build and maintain a database of contacts and manage follow-ups on leads initiated.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align outreach efforts with overall business objectives.
• Provide regular reports on outreach activities and results to management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in cold outreach, lead generation, or sales is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with prospects.
• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software is a plus.
