Cocoa Powder Product Specialist

Job Purpose and Impact

The Cocoa Powder Product Specialist will lead the P&L management of Cocoa powder portfolio and drive innovation direction. In this role, you will identify market potential, establish pricing and market strategies, estimate potential sales, define product portfolio architecture and growth roadmap. 

Key Accountabilities

• Manage overall P&L contribution of powder portfolio to overall cocoa business
• Work on projects to activate innovation growth roadmap for powder portfolio 
• Compile and evaluate research on market product requirements and identify enhancements to current features and functionality.
• Optimize strategic planning and support in gameplan direction for the cocoa business
• Execute strategic projects along with relevant stakeholders 
• Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.  
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of four years of related work experience
