Job description

Aureol Global Connections is currently looking to hire 2 experienced CNC Programmer Operators to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for programming and operating CNC machines to produce precise and high-quality components that meet our clients' specifications. Your expertise will ensure efficient production processes while maintaining strict quality and safety standards. Responsibilities

  • Create and optimize CNC programs based on technical drawings and product specifications.
  • Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machinery to ensure production accuracy and efficiency.
  • Perform regular inspections of machined parts using precision measurement tools to verify quality and adherence to tolerances.
  • Identify and troubleshoot any issues during machining processes to minimize downtime.
  • Document program changes and inspection results accurately for quality control purposes.
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment in compliance with company and industry safety standards.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production schedules and goals.
  • Continuously update knowledge of CNC technology and machining best practices.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience as a CNC Programmer Operator in a manufacturing setting.
  • Proficiency in CNC programming languages such as G-code and hands-on operation of CNC machines.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical engineering drawings accurately.
  • Skilled in using precision measurement tools for quality assurance.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality output.
  • Effective problem-solving skills and ability to manage workload efficiently.
  • Good communication skills with a team-oriented mindset.
  • Knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO standards) is advantageous.
