CNC Operator

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines to fabricate precision parts based on technical drawings.
• Interpret CNC programs and adjust settings as needed to meet specifications.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment to maintain optimal performance.
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality, accuracy, and adherence to established standards.
• Perform regular inspections of finished products using precision measuring tools.
• Maintain accurate production documentation, including job logs and maintenance records.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar position in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of CNC programming and operation, including G-code and M-code.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics accurately.
• Familiarity with various CNC machining processes and tooling.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving needs.
