Main Duties & Responsibilities Summary Operates various conventional and/or numerically controlled
machining centers on semi-complex jobs. Works from blueprints, sketches, planning sheets, verbal instructions,
and/or engineering, tooling, or equipment information. Contributes to lean initiatives to increase
productivity and reduce costs. Works
with limited guidance in a team environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Qualifications Training, Skills, and Experience Requirements Physical Demands Operating
CNC machines requires hand-eye coordination, precision movements, and the
ability to adjust settings. The job requires staying alert, concentrating on
details, and having the ability to react quickly to changing conditions. While
performing the duties of this job, the team member is required to walk, stand,
and sit for extended periods of time. Must also demonstrate manual dexterity
and use hands and arms to grip, manipulate, and handle tools, materials, and
equipment. May occasionally need to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb,
and reach to access machines, tools, or materials. Will be exposed to noise,
dust, fumes, and other hazards associated with manufacturing environment. May
work around moving machinery, hot surfaces, and sharp edges. (The

Specific vision abilities required by this job
include close, distance, and peripheral vision, as well as the ability to
adjust focus. Also expected of the team member is regular attendance, and the
ability to work cooperatively and professionally with others. May be required
to lift and carry materials, including workpieces, tools, and equipment, often
weighing up to 50 lbs.
This position
