Job description

Aureol Global Connections is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our dedicated manufacturing team. In this role, you will play a vital part in producing high-quality precision components using advanced CNC machinery. As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC equipment while working closely with engineering teams to ensure that all specifications and quality standards are met. Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate CNC machines to manufacture precision parts according to technical drawings and specifications.
  • Program CNC machinery using G-code and other relevant programming languages.
  • Monitor machining processes, making necessary adjustments to maintain optimal performance and quality.
  • Conduct inspections of finished components using precision measuring instruments to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Troubleshoot machining issues and implement effective solutions quickly.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of production processes, including setup sheets and inspection reports.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Work collaboratively with engineering and production teams to continuously improve processes and productivity.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of CNC programming, operation, and setup procedures.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and CAD documents accurately.
  • Proficiency in using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a strong focus on quality assurance.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes in the manufacturing field.
