Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.

• Provide mobility support such as turning, positioning, and transferring residents safely.

• Take and record vital signs, weights, and other health indicators.

• Report any changes in resident condition or behavior to the nursing staff.

• Maintain cleanliness and safety in resident rooms and common areas.

• Support residents during mealtimes, ensuring proper nutrition and hydration.

• Uphold resident privacy and dignity at all times.

• Accurately document care and services provided.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Current CNA certification in good standing with the state.

• Previous long-term care or assisted living experience preferred.

• Strong communication, teamwork, and time management skills.

• Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 lbs and assist with resident mobility.

• Commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care.
