CNA/QMA Instructor, Registered Nurse (RN) Required

CommuniCare Health Services is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to serve as RN CNA/QMA Instructor for Indian Creek Healthcare Center. This is a full time position in a great, team atmosphere!

Working Monday-Friday, and will only have a holiday on call rotation.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Must possess a current license as a RN in the state where the center is located.
• Minimum of 2 years nursing experience

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As RN CNA Instructor, you will:

• Coordinate/conduct Nurse Aide training classes and testing and maintain all required documentation.
• Develop materials, manuals, and teaching aides and maintain resource library
• Coordinate State-mandated training hours for all CNA's
• Participate in QI meetings to ensure staff training in identified areas of weakness.
• Develop, implement, and maintain an effective orientation program.
• Conduct/coordinate skills testing.
