Shifts: FULL TIME & PRN

6am-2pm Morning Shift

2pm-10pm Evening Shift

10pm-6am NOC Shift

Requirements:

Arizona CNA license

Level one Fingerprint card

CPR

Job Duties:

Assist residents with activities of daily living, activities, and socialization

Documenting care provided

Obtaining and recording vital signs

Identifying and communicating changes with nursing

Anticipating a safe and caring living enviornment

Providing respect and dignity to our residents
