Your Role as a CNA:
- Provide essential assistance with daily living activities to residents.
- Document care, including vital signs and resident observations.
- Ensure residents receive prompt and appropriate care based on their needs and care plans.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive atmosphere by collaborating with other staff.
