CNA Pay Rates & Sign-On Bonuses

• AM Shift: $22/hour + $500 Sign-On Bonus

• PM Shift: $22/hour + $500 Sign-On Bonus

• NOC Shift: $24/hour + $750 Sign-On Bonus (Full-Time rate only)

CNA Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)

• Support residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility

• Take and record vital signs accurately

• Maintain a clean and safe environment

• Work closely with nurses and interdisciplinary staff

• Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care

CNA Requirements

• Active California CNA certification required

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused

• Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred, but not required
