What You'll Do

  • Provide compassionate, resident-centered care

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility

  • Observe, document, and report changes in residents' conditions

  • Maintain accurate documentation

  • Work collaboratively with nurses and the interdisciplinary care team to deliver high-quality care

What You'll Bring

  • Current California CNA Certification

  • Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented attitude

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Skilled nursing or long-term care experience is preferred but not required
