CMC Portfolio Lead

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

• Maintains full CMC portfolio alignment against business needs locally and globally.
• Ensure CMC portfolio delivery on time, quality and budget.
• Resolves inter-program and cross-functional conflicts for resources and delivery timeline, or escalate to appropriate forum for solutions.
• Represent China Cell therapy CMC at governance and product meetings.
• Develop CMC Project lead community.

Qualifications and Experience

• Advanced degree (MSc/ MPharm or above) in a relevant field such as Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or related discipline.
• Broad CMC experience, with depth in at least one discipline, e.g., process development / analytical science program lead.
• Must have working experience in Cell therapy industry for at least 4 years.
• Preferred to have led global-program and China program.
• Preferred with experience working at MNC.
• Preferred demonstrated record in leading product development to registration-enabling stage.
• Proficiency in English, both oral and written.
