Position Summary
 Product Engineer must ensure BW product application is successful and meets customer requirements.
 Product Engineer must ensure that BW has the correct/full understanding of customers technical status, risk, and concern and develop an adequate strategy.

Essential Functions:

²  Responsible for detailed technical discussion with customers and clearly understand customer requirements and concerns.

²  Develop the concept of Clutch & Hybrid drive module including (Spec, BOM, drawings, TFC, DFMEA, design review, DVP&R and relevant engineering documentations)

²  Cooperating with other cross function team, such as Simulation Engineers, App Mechanical, EPMO, SQM, GSM, Home-Room specialist for problem solving and accomplishing competitive designs. etc.

²  Support plant mass production launch & VAVE by working closely with suppliers, customers, BW plants Engineering teams.

Knowledge, Skills, Education, and Abilities:

²  Bachelor or Master degree in Mechatronics engineering or similar(required).

²  Engineering experience for at least 3 working years(required).

²  Good design Skills such as AutoCAD and Creo (required), GD&T.

²  Good communication skills , English language proficiency. (required)

²  Good Office skills such as PPT, word, meeting minutes (required).

²  Experience with working with Chinese Automotive OEM customers (preferred).

²  Good knowledge of Hybrid transmission system, experienced in related development of key components like resolver, sensors, connectors and their system integration (preferred).
