Job Description

Cloud Product Specialist

'- Support cloud product lifecycle from requirement gathering to launch and improvement.
- Turn business and customer needs into product roadmap, features, and enhancement plans.
- Develop sales enablement materials, product documentation, and competitive analysis reports
- Coordinate with engineering, operations, sales, and support to ensure service readiness and issue resolution.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
- Support pricing, packaging, and go-to-market activities to improve competitiveness and growth.
- Track product performance, service quality, and market movement for continuous improvement.

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer science, Computer engineering, IT or other related fields
 -2–5 years of experience in Product Specialist, Product Management, Presales, Business Development, or Cloud-related roles
-Strong understanding of cloud platforms, fast-growing cloud technology business
-Strong organizational skills and ability to take on multiple assignments
-Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
-Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
-Good command of English
