Cloud Operations Engineer

Responsabilidades

Es responsable de la operación de los servicios Multicloud, entrega de servicios y soporte de estos. Identifica mejoras en el procedimiento y propone posibles automatizaciones. Trabaja como un solo equipo con las operaciones locales (L1) capacitando y acompañando en la ejecución de los diferentes procesos. Gestiona los KPIs/OLAs, toma acciones oportunas y/o da visibilidad de las desviaciones para tomar decisiones tácticas

Soporte : Realiza diagnósticos, pruebas y configuraciones de L2 requeridas para restablecer el servicio, de ser necesario escala con otras áreas internas o proveedores. Si no es posible una solución permanente del servicio, ejecuta un workaround. Las configuraciones y cambios deben seguir los estándares técnicos acordados para garantizar el correcto funcionamiento del servicio posteriormente
