Job Summary

Product Development Specialist (Enterprise Network & Network security)

- Develop a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to shape the product strategy for network solutions, and SD-WAN area, Network Security and WiFi area.
-Define product roadmaps, features, and enhancements based on strategic goals, customer feedback, and technological advancements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including engineering, sales, and business development, to align product plans with overall business objectives.
- Lead the end-to-end product development process for International network solutions, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery from concept to launch.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate product requirements into technical specifications for engineering teams.
- Conduct regular product reviews, identify development bottlenecks, and implement solutions to maintain project timelines.
- Stay updated with industry advancements, emerging technologies, and best practices in Network solutions and SD-WAN area, Network Security and WiFi area.
- Drive innovations by evaluating new technologies, architectures, and service models to enhance product offerings.
- Foster effective collaboration between engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure alignment and successful product launches.
- oversee quality assurance and testing processes to ensure that all products meet the high standard of reliability, security, and performance.
- Conduct market analysis and gather customer insight to identify new opportunities for international network solutions and enhancements.

Job Description

Key Job Responsibilities

• Work closely with Solution Architecture, Network Engineering, Cloud Engineering, and Software Engineering teams to ensure the smooth roll-out of new designs and products.
• Develop a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to shape product strategy for network solutions, international connectivity, SD-WAN, network security, and cloud networking.
• Lead and integrate solutions into new or existing highly available physical and cloud networks.

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of extensive experience in network administration or network implementation, with expertise in major internet routing protocols.
• 1+ years of experience working in a Linux/Unix environment.
• 1+ years of programming and development experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in automation scripting using Python, Bash, Shell, and/or Perl; preference for Node.js with the NestJS framework.
• Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience with VLAN, Q-in-Q, VXLAN, GRE, OSPF, BGP, MPLS Layer 2, and MPLS Layer 3.
• Understanding of REST APIs and SDKs for software development to build network automation tools.
• Experience with AWS Direct Connect, Azure ExpressRoute, Google Cloud Interconnect, and related cloud connectivity providers.
• Experience building, integrating, and maintaining systems for managing and monitoring both physical and cloud-based routers and switches.
