Summary:
As a Cloud Migration Engineer, a typical day involves evaluating current systems and infrastructure to determine the best approach for transitioning to cloud environments. This role includes strategizing and coordinating the migration of applications and data, ensuring that solutions are scalable and perform efficiently. The position requires collaboration with various teams to deliver seamless cloud adoption that supports advanced business objectives and future growth.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth migration processes and address any challenges that arise.
- Document migration plans and progress to maintain transparency and facilitate knowledge sharing.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices during migration activities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Migration Planning.
- Experience with cloud platforms and understanding of both private and public cloud technologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address migration challenges and optimize performance.
- Ability to design scalable and high-performance cloud solutions tailored to business needs.
- Familiarity with application and data migration methodologies and tools.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Cloud Migration Planning.
- This position is based at our HDC3B - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
