Closers - Ring2Voip

GLOBAL PACIFIC SUPPORT is seeking ambitious and persuasive individuals to join our team as Closers for Ring2Voip. In this role, you will be responsible for converting leads into loyal customers by successfully closing sales for our VoIP services. Your expertise in sales tactics and ability to connect with clients will be essential in driving growth and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential clients through phone calls and other communication channels to understand their telecommunication needs.
• Present and explain the features and benefits of Ring2Voip services to prospects.
• Negotiate terms and pricing, addressing any objections to successfully close sales.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales progress in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation and enhance closing strategies.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor services, and new developments in VoIP technology.

Requirements

• Previous sales experience, preferably in telecommunications or related fields.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to handle objections effectively.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
• Understanding of VoIP technology and services is a plus.
• Able to work remotely in CST time zone.
