Job Responsibilties

The Clinical Scheduler position is responsible for maintaining schedules for patients, providers, and departments. They must conduct face-to-face interviews, telephone interactions, and electronic contact functions. This role coordinates all aspects of patient care and makes informed decisions to meet patients’ healthcare needs. The Scheduler must maintain accurate scheduling and visit information to support patient satisfaction, as well as accurate scheduling and tracking functions, while completing necessary documentation and pre-certifications for treatments and procedures.

Position Qualifications

Minimum Education:

  • High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Preferred Experience:

  • 3–5 years of professional experience in multifaceted online computer applications

  • 3–5 years of professional experience in the medical field
