What You Can Expect

As a Clinical Sales Specialist, you will support hospitals and healthcare professionals across your assigned territory covering the Namur & Luxembourg Region. You will provide hands-on clinical and technical expertise for Zimmer Biomet products, helping to ensure safe product use, excellent customer support, and strong clinical partnerships.

This is an exciting opportunity for a high-performing clinical or commercial professional who thrives in the operating room environment, enjoys building trusted relationships with surgeons and hospital teams, and wants to contribute directly to business growth in a dynamic and highly visible territory.

How You'll Create Impact

  • Provide in‑OR clinical and technical support for surgical procedures
  • Deliver product and clinical training to surgeons and OR staff
  • Support live cases and educational initiatives on site
  • Assist with account development and lead generation
  • Ensure compliance with internal quality and documentation standards

Your Background

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Clinical or commercial experience within orthopedics or medical devices
  • Solid understanding of anatomy and surgical workflows
  • You communicate fluently and effectively in both French and English

Travel Expectations

  • Frequent regional travel within the assigned territory
  • Valid driving license required
