YOU WILL
In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day tasks related to clinical revenue management and charge capture projects, applying both your technical expertise and interpersonal skills to support our clients. By leveraging advanced technology tools, you will deliver high-quality analysis and process improvement strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our clients' revenue cycles. You’ll also collaborate with various levels of client leadership, making a tangible impact on their operations.
THE SKILLS REQUIRED
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in business or a health-related field is required (an MBA, MHA, and/or MPH is highly desirable).
- Experience: 1-3 years of deep healthcare experience is required, with a focus on clinical areas such as radiology, cardiology, perioperative services, emergency medicine, or nursing being a strong advantage.
- Consulting Expertise: Previous experience in a professional services or consulting role is a strong advantage, demonstrating a proven track record in delivering client-focused solutions.
- Revenue Cycle Knowledge: Knowledge in hospital revenue cycle management, with a specific focus on charge capture processes, is preferred.
- Technical Proficiency & Certification: Strong technical knowledge in your area of expertise, along with relevant licensure or certifications (e.g., RN, BSN, CCS, CPC, COC, CRCR, CIRCC, RHIA) is preferred.
- Analytical & Financial Skills: Exceptional financial and analytical skills are required, with a strong aptitude for using data to drive decision-making and process improvement.
- Communication Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Travel Requirements: This position requires up to 20% travel to client sites as needed.
