- Draw blood, obtain vital signs, and conduct EKGs on study subjects of all ages
- Process, centrifuge, store, and ship lab specimens for analysis
- Perform outbound calls to patients for scheduling, follow-up, and outreach
- Answer inbound calls from patients
- Schedule patient screening examinations, treatments, and laboratory visits required by the protocol
- Screen potential patients for protocol eligibility
- Assist with data entry and document management across internal and external systems
- Track patient data for a variety of ongoing studies
- Perform clerical duties that may include cleaning and sterilizing equipment; answering telephones; tracking inventory, shipping samples, and stocking supplies
- Maintain a clean, sterile, organized, and safe work environment
- California State Phlebotomy Certificate or license required.
- Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience as a phlebotomist preferred.
- Interpersonal skills to work with patients, their families/caregivers, physicians, administrators, work colleagues, representatives from sponsors, etc.

Our psychiatrists treat a number of mental health disorders, including anxiety, stress, PTSD, bipolar, schizophrenia, dementia, depression, ADD ADHD, alcohol and chemical dependency, and more. Our Psychiatry practice was founded on the principles of treating patients with care, compassion, and understanding.
