Give life and make a meaningful, long-term impact on the lives of chronic kidney disease and ESRD patients. DaVita is a national clinical leader, and we are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to coordinate care, support our team, and deliver compassionate, quality-driven nursing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Patient Care & Metrics: Coordinate care, track vital signs, trend lab values, and manage outcome metrics for a panel of ESRD patients.

  • Team Leadership: Supervise and work alongside Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) and clinical staff to maintain a safe, high-quality care environment.

  • Clinical Excellence: Drive clinical goal setting and continuous quality improvement in alignment with CMS standards.

Job Requirements

  • Licensing: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in state of practice & current CPR certification.

  • Experience:

    • Minimum 18 months of RN experience.

    • At least 6 months of dialysis experience.

    • Dialysis Charge RN readiness approval required.

  • Education: Associate Degree in Nursing (A.D.N.) required; B.S.N. preferred.

  • Schedule: Flexible availability (mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and potential floating to nearby clinics).

  • Preferred: Critical care/Med-Surg experience, CNN or CDN certification, and supervisory experience.

The Wage Range for the role is $49.00 - $65.00 per hour.
