What You’ll Do

• Perform laboratory testing on specimens across all patient populations
• Analyze results and ensure accuracy in accordance with established procedures
• Run and monitor quality control processes
• Perform instrument maintenance and basic troubleshooting
• Support phlebotomy and specimen processing as needed
• Utilize LIS/HIS systems to manage workload and report results
• Prioritize testing to meet turnaround time expectations

What You Bring

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Knowledge of lab procedures, quality control, and instrumentation
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Requirements

• Current California Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) License
• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Medical Technology, or related science
• Ability to obtain LA City Fire Card within 30 days

Preferred

• 1+ year of Clinical Laboratory Scientist experience
