<p style="text-align: center"><span style="color: rgba(149, 35, 8, 1)"><strong>This position is open to internal Full Time Faculty only&nbsp;</strong></span></p><p>Stipends:</p><p>Winter $540.00</p><p>Fall/Spring $500 for each semester&nbsp;</p><p>Summer $2,160</p><span style="color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 1)">The Clinical &amp; Operations Coordinator oversees all clinical education logistics, partnerships, and compliance requirements for the nursing program. This role ensures that students are placed in high-quality clinical environments and meet all regulatory and institutional requirements. The coordinator supports clinical faculty and manages the day-to-day operational needs of the program.</span><ul style="margin-bottom: 3pt"><li>Coordinate clinical placements across all program tracks and campuses, ensuring adequate and appropriate learning experiences.</li><li>Maintain and strengthen partnerships with clinical agencies (e.g.,AtlantiCare, Shore Medical Center, Cooper Cape Medical Center).</li><li>Oversee clinical scheduling and faculty assignments in collaboration with program leadership.</li><li>Ensure student compliance with all clinical requirements (e.g., health records, background checks, drug screenings).</li><li>Supervise and support clinical adjunct faculty and clinical field&nbsp;specialists.</li><li>Monitor and evaluate clinical performance using established tools and systems (e.g., Trajecsys or equivalent).</li><li>Address student clinical performance issues, including professionalism and progression concerns.</li><li>Address and resolve academic student concerns related to grading, progression, and course expectations. Escalate them to the Executive Director when appropriate.</li><li>Coordinate simulation and lab utilization to support clinical learning objectives.</li><li>Ensure compliance with state regulatory requirements (e.g., New Jersey Board of Nursing).</li><li>Assist with accreditation documentation related to clinical&nbsp;education.</li><li>Troubleshoot operational challenges, including last-minute clinical changes, site issues, and faculty coverage needs.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Director of Nursing Education.</li></ul><ul style="margin-bottom: 3pt"><li>Open to full-time faculty members&nbsp;only</li><li>Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or higher.</li><li>Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in New&nbsp;Jersey.</li><li>Minimum of three (3) years of clinical nursing&nbsp;experience.</li><li>Experience in clinical instruction or supervision of nursing&nbsp;students.</li><li>Knowledge of clinical compliance requirements and regulatory standards (e.g., New Jersey Board of Nursing).</li></ul><br>PreferredQualifications<strong>&nbsp;</strong><ul style="margin-bottom: 3pt"><li>Experience coordinating clinical placements in an academic&nbsp;setting.</li><li>Established relationships with regional healthcare&nbsp;organizations.</li><li>Familiarity with clinical tracking systems (e.g.,Trajecsys,&nbsp;CastleBranch).</li><li>Experience supervising adjunct or per diem clinical faculty.</li></ul><br>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities<strong>&nbsp;</strong><ul style="margin-bottom: 3pt"><li>Strong organizational and logistical management skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic&nbsp;environment.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building&nbsp;skills.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and decision-making&nbsp;abilities.</li><li>Commitment to student safety, compliance, and clinical excellence.</li></ul><br><ul style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 3pt; color: inherit; font-style: normal; text-indent: 0"><li>This position may require flexible scheduling to include evenings and weekends and duties at any Atlantic Cape location</li></ul>
