Client Technical Specialist

• Leaders are expected to spend time with their teams and clients and therefore are generally expected to be in the workplace a minimum of three days a week, subject to business needs.

• At least 5 years experience working with a z/OS operating system and products
• Working knowledge of IBM RACF security product
• At least 5 years experience selling enterprise solutions in the security market with history of technical sales succss
• Basic knowledge of current security threats, what to look for and how to mitigate them
• Basic knowledge of various security regulations such as HIPPA, STIG, PCI, GDPR, etc.
• Technical Knowledge of IBM Z Security Portfolio; including zSecure, QRadar, Pervasive Encryption, Crypto Express hardware, and Central Processor Assist for Cryptographic Function (CPACF).
• Critical security skills needed in and around zHybridCloud solutions relating to Red Hat OpenShift and CloudPaks running on Linux on Z/LinuxONE.
• Familiar with z/OS SW & Z HW releases as it relates to advancing Z security solutions.
• Experience with compliance and audit generating secure reports to analyze and report on security events and detect security exposures.
• Readiness to travel 50-75% annually.
• English: Fluent.

• 10+ years experience working with a z/OS operating system and products
• Working knowledge of IBM RACF security product
• 10+ years experience selling enterprise solutions in the security market with history of technical sales success
• 10+ years experience working with security threats, what to look for and how to mitigate them
• 10+ years experience working with various security regulations such as HIPPA, STIG, PCI, GDPR, etc.
• Deep technical knowledge of IBM Z Security Portfolio; including zSecure, QRadar, RACF, Pervasive Encryption, Crypto Express hardware, and Central Processor Assist for Cryptographic Function (CPACF).
• Critical security skills needed in and around zHybridCloud solutions relating to Red Hat OpenShift and CloudPaks running on Linux on Z/LinuxONE.
• Familiar with z/OS SW & Z HW releases as it relates to advancing Z security solutions.
• Experience with compliance and audit generating secure reports to analyze and report on security events and detect security exposures.
• 10+ years experience zSecure  experience working with multiple Environmental Service Modules (ESMs)
• 10+ years experience with Pervasive Encryption, Crypto Express hardware, and Central Processor Assist for Cryptographic Function (CPACF).
• 10+ years experience with zSecure (CARLa Programming) generating new zSecure reports
• 10+ years experience  deploying and/or administering z/OS ESMs
• Determine security standards regarding z/OS hardening, security controls, and vulnerability remediation
• 10+ years experience with zSecure Audit, zSecure Alert, zSecure Command Verifier, and QRadar.
• Certified in CISSP, CISA, CISM, or similar.
