Client Success Manager

As a Client Success Manager reporting to AVP - Client Success Management, you'll play a meaningful role in delivering outstanding client experiences and driving long-term success for Nasdaq's customers across Southeast Asia, Australia, and New Zealand.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of clients across Southeast Asia, Australia, and New Zealand — handling relationships, tracking project progress, and leading executive business reviews.

• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Client Services, Client Support, and Engineering to proactively address client needs, mitigate risks, and align on strategic priorities.

• Identify and accelerate upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the portfolio, contributing to portfolio growth and long-term client retention.

• Drive measurable improvements in client satisfaction by understanding each client's goals and positioning Nasdaq's solutions to help achieve them.

• Develop continuous improvement within the Client Success function by proactively finding opportunities to improve service delivery and team practices.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

• 8+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Professional Services within a SaaS or consulting organization, ideally in capital markets or regulatory technology.

• Proven track record to lead executive-level client conversations, handle client issues, and build consensus across internal and external stakeholders.

• Strong commercial competence with the ability to identify growth opportunities and translate client needs into actionable outcomes.

• Proficiency in customer success tools such as Salesforce, Gainsight, Planhat, or similar platforms.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with clients across Southeast Asia, Australia, or New Zealand markets.

• Familiarity with software development life cycles and how technology solutions are deployed in regulated environments.

• Proficiency in additional languages beyond English, supporting engagement with diverse client bases across the region.

This position is located in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, Philippines, and offers a hybrid work environment with at least 2 days per week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
