LGT Fund Managers (LGT FM) provides in-house fund administration services for our client LGT Capital Partners (LGT CP). LGT Capital Partners is a global asset manager specializing in alternative investments, focusing on private markets (private equity, private credit, real assets) and liquid alternatives like hedge funds and quantitative strategies. They partner with institutional clients and private investors, acting as principal investors by investing alongside clients in their own strategies.
LGT FM employs approximately 100 employees across Bendern, Dublin and Luxembourg. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Services Manager to join our team. The Client Services Manager will be responsible for managing LGT FM day-to-day relationship with our client, LGT CP, ensuring the delivery of high-quality Fund Administration services. They will manage the client relationship, coordinate internal teams, and help to ensure compliance with regulatory and service level requirements. Key to success in this role is developing a thorough understanding of LGT CP’s requirements and working with LGT FM management team to ensure alignment with LGT FM Fund Administration services provided.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with LGT CP, acting as the primary point of contact for all client-related and service matters
Collaborate with LGT FM’s internal departments to resolve client issues and improve service delivery processes (NAV production, financial reporting, anti-money laundering, Co Sec, etc.)
Act as the primary day-to-day representative of LGT FM at the LGT CP administrator service monitoring forum (Client Docking Station)
Maintain and propose enhancements to the Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) for LGT FM across all 3 offices (Luxembourg, Dublin and Bendern). Work with LGT FM delivery teams to resolve issues, escalating issues to FM Management where appropriate
Build a strong relationship with LGT CP stakeholders with the aim of understanding their strategy and contributing to developing and delivering a scope of services from LGT FM that meets LGT CP requirements
Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and expand service offerings
Monitor and report on client satisfaction, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed including ongoing development of KPIs
Monitor fund administration trends and regulations to maintain compliance and best practices
Participate in client meetings and presentations as required
Co-ordination and management reporting service performance to stakeholders, including but not limited to LGT FM management team, FM Boards and LGT CP Docking Station platform

Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline
Minimum of 5 years of experience in fund administration or a related financial services role
Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering exceptional client service
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Professional qualifications such as CFA, CPA, or similar
Experience with alternative investment funds
Proficiency in fund administration software and Microsoft Office Suite
