About your team

The department of Client Support has responsibility of providing a seamless and scalable service & support model for both business of Intermediary and Institutional. Client Services is respomsible for a wide range of activities including account management for institutional existing mandates, business administration, change management, day-to-day servicing, crisis handling, account on/off boarding for institutional clients, and contribute global and local project as SME.

About your role
This position plays a critical role in delivering high-quality client service and operational support to institutional clients. The role is responsible for managing day-to-day client servicing activities, coordinating with internal stakeholders, supporting client lifecycle events and contributing to a positive client experience.

Key responsibilies for this role are

  • Daily monitoring and servicing of institutional client accounts.
  • Respond to client inquiries and service requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders including Operations, Investment, Compliance, Product, Sustainability and Reporting.
  • Support client onboarding, offboarding and mandate change activities.
  • Assist with legal documentation updates, account maintenance and operational change events.
  • Support the delivery of client reporting, including regulatory, operational and sustainability-related reporting.
  • Assist in responding to ESG and sustainability-related client requests and disclosure requirements.
  • Perform administrative activities including invoice processing, cash management and report distribution.
  • Participate in local and global projects as a subject matter contributor.
  • Support risk event management activities and assist with issue resolution.
  • Review client-facing materials to ensure quality, accuracy and consistency.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance client experience and operational efficiency.

About you

  • Preferably 2-5 years of experience within asset management, financial services or a related industry.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in both Japanese and English.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Able to work collaboratively across multiple teams and functions.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented with a willingness to learn and develop.
  • Demonstrates sound judgement and escalates issues appropriately.
  • Interest in sustainability, ESG topics and institutional client servicing.
  •  Ability to work flexibly in a dynamic environment, effectively organizing and prioritizing multiple tasks while meeting tight deadlines.
