The Client Service team connects Guidepoint’s clients with subject-matter experts to better inform their business decisions. They take the time to understand each client’s specific research needs and deliver the experts closest to the topic, often within hours.

What you will own: 

  •  Work with Project Managers and other team members to develop strategies for satisfying each client project request 
  • Operate in a sales environment to identify the best experts to join our network who provide consultant for client projects 
  • Utilize LinkedIn, press releases, case studies and the internet to identify the best experts for clients to get their strategic or investment questions answered 
  • Screen experts for their suitability for specific client projects and create professional profiles for client consideration  
  • Operate with a global teamwork mentality that leads to building and maintaining strong relationships with other Guidepoint employees, offices, and Advisors  


Experience you will bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above 
  • Previous internship, volunteering or extracurriculars

Skills you will bring:

  • Desire to work in a sales/ lead generation role that is KPI and metrics-driven 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment 
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills 
  • Outgoing personality with the ability to speak with people at all professional levels 
  • Intellectual curiosity and desire to learn 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Japanese and English 
  • Demonstrated ability to work both individually and as part of a team 

What We Offer: 

Client Service Associates can earn up to ¥7,180,000 (for strong performance) over a twelve-month period. The compensation package consists of an annual base salary which includes a fixed overtime allowance, and variable compensation linked to individual performance.
