Your impact

As a Client Order & Fulfillment Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering a seamless order fulfillment experience for our clients. Working as part of the Fulfillment team, you will ensure accurate and timely order processing, resolve complex client inquiries, and drive continuous improvement across fulfillment processes. Your ability to take ownership, solve problems, and deliver exceptional service will directly contribute to client satisfaction and operational excellence.

What you need to succeed

  • Experience in Fulfillment, Order-to-Cash, Client Service, or a similar operational environment
  • Strong client service skills with the ability to manage complex inquiries and escalations professionally
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to deliver results under tight deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, combined with a proactive, self-starter mindset
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with SAP, Salesforce, and/or ServiceNow is an advantage
  • Adaptability, a continuous improvement mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively while managing responsibilities independently
