Client Executive - Automotive Insurance

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Consumer Team at Marsh. This role will be based in Taiwan.

We will count on you to:

• Responsible for developing new auto insurance contracts, managing renewals, and promoting business activities.
•  Manage auto insurance operational performance, regularly track various business indicators and KPIs.
•  Utilize data analysis to propose business strategies and performance improvement plans.
• Plan and execute auto insurance product promotions and market management strategies.
• Establish and optimize operational processes to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.

What you need to have:

• Associate degree holder or above
• 5+ years of experience in property/ auto insurance related work
• Supervisory experience is a plus
• Fluency in Chinese and English
• Proficient in MS Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• A growth mindset and the ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-directed.
