Position Summary
Timberline Veterinary is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Client Care Representatives (CCR) to join our team. This role is essential to our mission of providing exceptional care and fostering an amazing workplace.
As a CCR, you will be a vital link between the veterinary team (veterinarians, technicians, and support staff) and our clients, including primary care veterinarians. Your contributions ensure seamless communication and partnership in patient care. Key responsibilities include:
- Answering administrative phone inquiries from clients and primary care veterinarians.
- Assisting with patient admissions.
- Ensuring the completion and organization of administrative forms.
- Providing support with insurance paperwork.
- Collecting payments.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and professional appearance of the waiting and examination areas.
Experience and Qualification Requirements:
- Prior phone or reception experience
- Prior veterinary or animal service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable interacting with clients and creating a positive customer experience.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude, cooperative work style and growth mindset.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Compassion, empathy, and professionalism in all interactions.
- Able to pass the Washington Veterinary Medical Clerk license within 60 days of hire.
- Basic computer and scheduling software proficiency.
Schedule, Compensation, and Benefits:
- As an emergency and specialty hospital, all team members are required to participate in a rotation for holiday coverage, which includes working at least one summer and one winter holiday.
- Hourly compensation is based on experience and skills ($21-28/hr).

- Shift differentials apply for overnight and weekend shifts and are added on top of hourly pay.
