Location: LS10, Leeds
Salary: £16.01 per hour (paid monthly)
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day working between 08:00 - 20:00

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Cleaning Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations at our client's new premises in LS10. This is an excellent opportunity to join a professional facilities management team and make a real impact in maintaining high standards from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

As Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing daily cleaning operations, ensuring all areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. You will supervise and support the cleaning team, conduct quality inspections, and serve as the primary point of contact for client liaison. Your role will include scheduling staff, managing supplies and equipment, ensuring health and safety compliance, and addressing any issues promptly to maintain excellent service delivery.

Essential Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a cleaning supervisory or team leader role, with strong leadership and people management skills. A good understanding of both spoken and written English is essential for effective health and safety communication onsite. You should possess excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail, along with good communication skills for effective client and team interaction. Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and health and safety regulations is essential, along with flexibility and a proactive, problem-solving approach.
