Class A CDL Trainee Program | New Graduate Position

Have you recently earned your commercial license and want to gain stable, high-paying regional experience? We are seeking Class A CDL holders for our structured, regional solo driver development program.

The Training & Progression

• Training Phase: Complete a comprehensive 4 to 6-week paid training program to master regional routes and equipment safety.
• Solo Transition: Immediately upon successful completion of training, you will upgrade to solo driver status with your own assigned truck.
• Pay Guarantee: Once solo, you are backed by a guaranteed minimum pay of $1,000 per week.

Compensation & Driver Protection

• Guaranteed Solo Base: Minimum $1,000.00+ weekly (after training).
• Accessorial Pay: Comprehensive detention and layover pay to ensure you are fully compensated for any shipper delays.
• Stable Employment: Full W2 status with predictable year-round freight.

Job Requirements

• License Status: Must already hold a valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL). (Please note: We are unable to accept applicants who only hold a commercial learner's permit (CLP) at this time).
• Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Compliance: Must meet all standard DOT safety and drug screening requirements.
• Schedule Flexibility: Ability to run regional lanes (East Coast/Southwest) and be out on the road for 2 weeks at a time.
• Safety & Background: Accidents, tickets, moving violations, and criminal history are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
