Tired of weeks away from home? We’re filling open seats on a dedicated grocery fleet out of Moberly, MO. Enjoy simple no-touch freight, steady miles (~2,100 miles/week), and a solid paycheck while sleeping in your own bed daily.

Pay & Earnings

• Weekly Average: ~$1,400 gross/week (~$72,800/year)
• Base Rate: $0.43 to $0.61 CPM (based on experience)
• Weekend Premium: Extra +$0.03 CPM for miles run Friday 5 PM – Monday 4 AM
• Stop Pay: $10 for the 1st stop + $15 for each additional stop
• Bonuses: Eligible for driver performance bonuses
• Consistent Volume: Average ~2,100 miles weekly

The Job & Routine

• Home Time: Daily (local round-trips; extra schedule flexibility through dispatch)
• Freight: 100% No-Touch refrigerated grocery. Store staff unloads at the dock while you wait.
• Shift: Dedicated night shift (overnight driving with a weekend dispatch rotation)
• Holidays Off: Guaranteed OFF on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day
• Terminal: On-site shop and helpful dispatch (Note: Personal car parking is limited at the Moberly yard)

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL & current DOT Medical Card (No special endorsements required)
• Hiring Area: Must live within 50 miles of Moberly, MO, or near:
  • MO: Moberly, Columbia, Boonville, Macon, Rolla, Sullivan, St. Joseph
  • IL: Quincy | IA: Burlington, Des Moines
• Experience Tiers:
  • Trainees: 0 months experience welcome! (Just need a valid CDL-A)
  • Experienced: First-seat drivers welcome
  • (Note: No team operations on this fleet, solo company drivers and owner-operators only)
• Safety: Clean driving record and standard pre-employment screening/drug test
