Claims Examiner III A&H

Main Functions:

-Receives claims, analyzes, investigates, verifies coverage, policy benefits, prior to the settlement of claims

-Manages a direct line of communication with Brokers, Providers and clients for support and support in the handling of Claims and management of the Network of medical providers

-Provides answers to emails of doubts, concerns, resolves complaints from suppliers and brokers

-Conduct training on the claims handling process for Brokers and Suppliers
