Civil Supervisor - Maintenance (Water Utility) - Saudi Arabia

Eram Talent is currently seeking a skilled Civil Supervisor - Maintenance specializing in Water Utility for a position based in Saudi Arabia. The Civil Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating all civil maintenance activities related to water utility infrastructure, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operation of facilities. The role includes preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance of civil assets such as reservoirs, pump stations, pipelines, chambers, concrete structures, buildings, drainage systems, roads, and utility infrastructure.

The candidate must possess strong technical expertise in civil maintenance within the water utility industry, with hands-on experience in maintenance planning, execution, workforce supervision, and compliance with safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all civil maintenance activities for water utility infrastructure and facilities.
• Execute preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance works to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Monitor maintenance and repair of reservoirs, pump stations, pipelines, valve chambers, and drainage systems.
• Inspect civil structures including concrete foundations, buildings, roads, and utility networks for defects and deterioration.
• Plan, schedule, and allocate manpower, materials, tools, and equipment for maintenance activities.
• Ensure all maintenance works comply with HSE regulations, quality standards, and approved engineering procedures.
• Coordinate with operations, mechanical, and electrical departments during shutdowns and maintenance execution.
• Prepare maintenance reports, inspection records, work progress updates, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in civil maintenance within water utility or infrastructure industries.
• At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory or team leadership role.
• Strong technical knowledge of civil maintenance for pipelines, concrete structures, pump stations, and utility facilities.
• Hands-on experience in preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance planning and execution.
• Ability to read and interpret civil drawings, structural layouts, and maintenance documentation.
• Good understanding of HSE standards, permit-to-work systems, and quality control procedures.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and team coordination skills.
