Civil Engineer/Interior Site Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer / Interior Site Engineer with 6+ years of experience in projects to oversee site execution, quality control, contractor coordination, and project progress for a high-end luxury housing development in Chennai.

Supervise civil and interior fit-out works at the project site.

Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.

Monitor project schedules, quality standards, and safety compliance.

Review drawings, specifications, and ensure execution as per design.

Conduct site inspections, measurements, and progress reporting.

Manage snagging, finishing works, and handover activities.

Ensure adherence to PMC processes and client requirements.

Required Skills:

Must have 5 plus experience

PMC project execution experience

Civil construction and interior fit-out supervision

Quality control and site management

Drawing review and BOQ understanding

Contractor and stakeholder coordination
