In line with our business expansion, we would like to invite qualified and candidates to fill the following position at FGV Plantations (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd

Job Description

1.    Planning, design, estimating and execution of Civil Engineering Projects.
2.    Preparation Civil Engineering tender and to make sure the execution within the budget. 
- To execute the preliminary studies and site investigation before the tender process.
- To prepare and review tender drawings, specifications, SOPs and project cost estimates. 
3.    Managing, Monitoring and Controlling Civil Engineering Projects.
- To visit project site and to make sure all projects in regional and estate are within control and specifications. 

- To produce the site visit report and all project progress report under his responsibilities.
- To prepare document for progress payments and the final payment certification.

- To verify Practical Completion Certificate, Certificate of Final quantity, and As-Build Plan. 

4.    Technical Advisory Services and Other Duties 
- To assist Head of Unit in civil engineering services. 
- To consult other department such as Operations, Procurement, Budget and Finance (engineering solutions, budget session, price negotiation, tender evaluation etc.) in Civil Engineering.
- To prepare, review and assess the application of assets disposal application from estate if required.
