We’re looking for an experienced civil engineer to join our Southern Infrastructure team — someone who can make a strong contribution from the outset and is ready to take the next step in a meaningful and long-term career.

This is an opportunity to apply your capability across a diverse range of civil infrastructure projects while continuing to grow within a collaborative and supportive team environment, working across Aotearoa New Zealand, Australia and Asia Pacific.

This role offers the opportunity to contribute across project delivery, design coordination, construction support and client interface, while working alongside experienced engineers and multidisciplinary teams. You will be trusted to take responsibility for your work, build strong working relationships, and play an active role in delivering high-quality outcomes for our clients and communities.

As a Civil Engineer in our team, you’ll have the opportunity to:

Mōu ake | About you

You will bring a solid grounding in civil engineering and a proven ability to contribute effectively across a range of project and team environments. You are someone who:

• takes pride in delivering high-quality work

• communicates clearly and works effectively with others

• responds well to feedback and applies it to improve performance

• demonstrates ownership, follows tasks through and takes accountability for outcomes

• is motivated to keep developing and to build a meaningful long-term career

You’ll have a civil engineering qualification and 6 – 12 years+ experience in consulting, construction, or infrastructure delivery, with experience in areas such as site development, stormwater, three waters and general civil design.
